Pastor Collier, affectionately known as "Preacher" has been on staff for 28 years. Pastor Collier has been in the ministry over 45 years, he has served as both Youth Pastor & Pastor. Known as one of the best preachers in Central Texas, this would come from being on the road in Evangelism for many years, he now serves as Pastor of Parkview Baptist Church and President of Parkview Christian Academy (PCA). His pulpit experience is surpassed by few. His wife, Mrs Virginia, is a constant help meet to Pastor Collier. Mrs. Collier is the Executive Director of Parkview's Pre-school and acting School Administrator for PCA. They have 2 children, Winn, who is married and pastors in Virginia, and Vonda, who is married and is a Elementary School teacher in Michigan. Winn and Vonda both have two kids each.

Bro. Steve & his wife Tiwanna have been on Parkview's staff for 22 years. Steve is Associate Pastor & Music Director, & PCA's Vice-President. Tiwanna is the church receptionist and Children's Church Coordinator. They both traveled for several years singing professionally with 2 different Southern Gospel groups, together they have recorded over 15 albums. Their two sons, Tyler and Zac are both graduates of PCA and have recorded 3 albums Steve & Tiwanna as "The Adams Family". They also perform concerts as their schedules will allow them.

Bro. Doug and his wife A. J. have been on Parkview's staff for 10 years, they both have dedicated their life to serve and minister to Young People. Bro. Doug is not only a superb "Youth Minister" but also a very accomplished preacher of the gospel. Mrs. A. J. also serves as PCA's girls Head Coach. They have two fine sons, Cody and Brandon who attend PCA.

Bro. Joey has been in the ministry for over 22 years, he and his wife Renee have collectively been with Parkview Ministries for 11 years. Bro. Joey is an Assistant Pastor at the church and Athletic Director at PCA. His wife, Mrs. Renee is one of PCA's elementary teachers. Bro. Joey pastored for 12 years in Arkansas, they have four children, Amber who graduated from PCA and is now married and now living in Ft. Smith Arkansas, and KK, JP and Blake, who all attend PCA. The family is also very active singing as "The Crenshaw Family".

Shane is the newest member on our church Pastoral Staff, Shane is the Children's Pastor and oversees all of our Children's ministries. Bro. Shane has a tremendous burden to reach and make a difference in kid's lives. His wife Tracie is a great help to him and his ministry here at PBC. Having only been in the ministry for about 2 years, he and his wife do a great job for our kids, Tracie is employed with one of our local school districts. They have 2 kids, Faith and Kohen, who both attend PCA.
